    Hi Roland
    I really like the Genesis building, It seems to be slightly cheaper than other buildings because it’s not quite in Yaletown, not quite in a prestigious location, but still in a great location with nothing wrong with it, it just seems to get overlooked.
    I’ve found on numerous trips to the building that about half the suites are in original condition and half have been updated to granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
    I like the prices in Genesis because they are comparable to other buildings that are not as nice and have less amenities in them.
