Shangri-La Vancouver Completion & Occupancy Date

Shangri-La Vancouver is nearing completion and occupancy is not far away now. Assignments have now come to a close and all transactions will need to occur post completion and occupancy. The current scheduled date for completion is November 1st 2008.
Once all the owners have completed on their units with westbank development listing will come onto the open MLS market. We recently were on the 40th floor on a walk through with clients and the views were spectacular.
