Currently under construction, the Private Residences at Hotel Georgia will sport an “ultra-contemporary” design, according to the developers, the Delta Group, which is active in Canada and the U.K. In addition to the tower amenities, residents will be able to use the spa, “ozonated lap pool,” maids and other services from the Hotel Georgia, which is undergoing an extensive renovation due for completion in 2009.
Prices range (in Canadian dollars) from around $1 million (€697,000) for a 635-square-feet (59 square meters) unit to $17 million (€11.9 million) penthouse, with 360-degree views, game room, library, wine room and four outside decks.
