Vancouver Pre-Sale Contracts

In the last few weeks we have had a number of inquiries with regards to Pre-Sale contracts. The current shift in the Vancouver Real Estate market has slowed the general demand for assignments in Vancouver.

The overall disadvantage with selling an assignment in Vancouver is the inability to advertise on the public MLS. This requires an indepth alternative marketing program to get the assignment SOLD (ask us how we market your home HERE).
