An overwhelming majority of the apartments in Vancouver, BC are comprised of 1-3 bedrooms. Recently we have had several of our clients request to view current 4 bedroom MLS listings in Coal Harbour, English Bay, Yaletown, West End and Downtown. As of July 31st 2008 only 10 properties are on the market offering 4 bedrooms. Although the choice has been a fractional portion of the market it has been nothing short of sensational!
