EVELYN, West Vancouver-UPDATE
On Monday April 7, 2008 Council considered the four above Development Permit Applications at a regularly scheduled Council meeting and approved all four Development Permits. Copies of the Develpoment Permit and other related documents are available for viewing at the Municipal Hall Planning Department.
Background
The Evelyn Drive Master Plan was approved by Council in July, 2007 . The developer has since prepared development permit applications for the first new residential housing buildings on four of the parcels in the western portion of the Evelyn Drive area.
1. 950 Keith Road (Parcel 1): 12 new units of residential terraced, cluster housing in one building.
2. 880 Keith Road (Parcel 2): 26 new units of residential terraced, cluster housing in two buildings.
3. 880 Evelyn Drive (Parcels 26): 67 new apartment residential in two buildings with 4 townhomes
4. 800 Evelyn Drive (Parcel 28): 62 new apartment residential in two buildings with 5 townhomes
