We came across this promotional video from the Ritz Carlton Residences in Toronto. Although a Vancouver version has not been released just yet, it is a great example of the level of luxury that we can expect here in Vancouver.

It started with a question: How can we inspire people to take action on climate change?
The answer: Ask the people of Sydney to turn off their lights for one hour.
On 31 March 2007, 2.2 million people and 2100 Sydney businesses turned off their lights for one hour - Earth Hour. If the greenhouse reduction achieved in the Sydney CBD during Earth Hour was sustained for a year, it would be equivalent to taking 48,616 cars off the road for a year.

They keep saying the city is moving east, but they also keep finding neat little spots to develop that are as central as ever.
The Zone is one of these central new finds, a group of 88 cool condos right near some of the best west-side shopping and hang-out spots.
High above Granville Market and just off the edge of South Granville, The Zone is aptly named: you can move in any time you like and you never really have to leave the area for any wants and needs.
