The 2007 figures are out and once again The Greater Vancouver area is seeing positive results! With a 7.2% gain over 2006 residential housing sales are the second greatest ever reported by the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board. A question on many peoples minds is when will Vancouver housing cool down? Driving through several prominent North Vancouver neighbourhoods one can’t help but notice all the renovations and full rebuilds currently in the works.
