The North Shore is now boasting more Millionaires than ever before. The North Shore News states that “A million dollar property is the new norm” well they are right! The average assessed value of a detached home is now $1,072,000 up from $936,000 in 2007. Currently there are over 14000 homes on the north shore that are worth over $1mill….Do you own one of them? In the City of North Vancouver the number of home owners that joined the Millionaires Club tripled from 97-318.
