Most home buyers today think that using a real estate agent to help them find a home comes with a fee.  I’m here to tell you this isn’t true! :)  In fact, it is absolutely FREE for buyers to use an Agent to help them find the perfect home.  Where the Buyers Agent gets paid is at closing through a portion of the commission from the Seller’s contract with the Listing Agent. 

One of the MANY reasons there is a fee on the Sellers end is because the Listing Agent is being paid to bring the seller a BUYER - that’s you!  The Listing Agent shares that commission with the Buyers Agent, which is how we get paid.
