Concord Pacific and the Squamish Nation are working together to develop Porteau Cove the development will be located just south of the Porteau Cove Provincial Park.
The site is approximately 1,177 acres in size and is divided by the sea to sky highway.The porteau cove development will be one of the largest new developments in the sea to sky. Over 1400 freehold units are expected with a mix of housing and commercial infrastructure. The development will also see a major reconstruction of the highway entrance to the development.
