Fairmont Residences 1011 W Cordova, Vancouver, BC
Pacific Rim Vancouver, when completed, will offer 415 hotel rooms on 18 floors (lower) and 173 apartments on 26 floors (upper). Westbank and Peterson Group will team with James K.M. Cheng Architects for the entire design. The project cost is estimated to be $350 million. Westbank and Peterson are currently developing the Living Shangri-La tower. Expected to complete construction in the middle of 2009.
